In order to be able to provide your services to the Red Cross in a disaster, you will have to become a Red Cross volunteer.
In fact, to join HOPE, you will have to join the St. Joseph Chapter of the Red Cross which is located in South Bend, Indiana. Once your HOPE training is completed, your name is sent to your local chapter and you become a volunteer of that chapter.
